FAQ'S

  • How do I reserve a spot?
  • You must register for each event through our Reservations link, credit cards accepted.
     
  • My friend doesn’t know how to paint, will she enjoy it?
  • No experience required, the instruction is detailed and fun!
     
  • How long is the event?
  • Each event lasts approximately 2 - 2 ½ hours.
     
  • What if I need to cancel?
  • Cancellation notices should be received 48 hours in advance of the scheduled event. Social Art will issue a full credit for the next regular event of your choice; refunds are not issued. 
     
  • Does Social Art ever cancel events?
  • We reserve the right to cancel an event for any reason (weather, health, unforeseen circumstances, etc...).  Participants will be notified by email as soon as possible and a credit will be issued for a future event. 
     
  • Do you have an age limit for participants?
  • These events are formatted to be a "night out" experience.  Suggested age is 12+ but is left to the discretion of the parents/legal guardians. We do occasionally offer "children's events" as well.
     
  • What if the event I want to attend is booked?
  • Contact Us to be placed on a waiting list.
     
  • I love this idea for my birthday or bachelorette party! Could it work?

  • I am interested in a corporate team building event with Social Art.  Could it work?
  • Absolutely!  There are a number of creative and fun options available to your group!  We have supplies to accommodate groups from 10 people to 160 people! Please Contact Us to start planning your team event!
     
  • Does the event price include food and drinks?
  • No. Food and drinks are not included, but hot and cold drinks/snacks are available at our studio for purchase; or you can bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks to our studio.
     
  • How should I dress?
  • Dress however you are comfortable!  We provide aprons to protect your clothing, but your brand new favourite sweater might not be the best choice ;)
     
  • Should I bring anything?
  • Just you and your fun, creative side! If the event is at our Studio, feel free to Bring Your Own non-alcoholic Beverages and/or food! 
     
  • Can I reserve more than one spot for my group and I?
  • Of course!  As long as space is available, fill ‘er up!
     
  • Is it possible to purchase Gift Certificates for someone?
  • Absolutely!  Details here.
     
  • Do I get to keep the painting?
  • Absolutely!  Your masterpiece is yours to keep and show off.
     
  • When do the next month's events become available for reservation?
  • By the 20th of each month we will be posting the next month's events.
     
  • What form of payment do you take?
  • You can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express to book through our website.  Booking private events, you will be able to pay with email transfer, cheque or credit card.  
  • I'm having trouble with the shopping cart function, can you help?
  • Once you enter the amount of seats to reserve, click on the 'Reserve Now' button from Reserve Seating.  You will then need to click on the shopping cart button that pops up.  Continue from there.  If you still have problems, please Contact Us.  Please note that older browser versions may not function properly.
